Creative Director

My name is Sarah Ratty my journey spans over 30 years as a Conscious Fashion pioneer, founder of Conscious Earthwear 90's luxury sportswear brand and Ciel 00's designer womenswear label. My work has contributed to shaping the sustainable fashion movement through global collaborations with brands like Levi’s, Anthropologie, Liberty, and Whistles. I trained initially as a fashion designer, worked in PR and media as a creative stylist. As a lifelong learner I have continued to study and have completed courses in fine art photography, film editing, (GB,MC) and also in Hotel Interior Design,(Chelsea College of Art, UAL), Sustainable Business, Environment and Social Justice (Cambridge University. I have facilitated happiness coaching with the launch of Action for Happiness and Psychologies magazine and worked with the Creative Mentor Network as a member of Soho House Creative Mentorship Program. I work with purpose driven brands, mentoring founders and executives, architects, designers, and teams, to align their personal and professional journeys. I am a public speaker and offer Keynotes on the intersection of Fashion, Interiors and Wellness through the lens of personal growth, regenerative practices and mindful leadership. I bring a holistic approach to creating solutions for a greener, cooler planet.
